The Paddle Mixer consists of a sturdy fabricated structure with a motor, gearbox, mixing drum, and Paddle -type stirrer. It features a U-shaped horizontal mixing drum made of stainless steel, equipped with a specially designed Double Helical Paddle Blade and a sealing arrangement.

·    The mixing paddle is driven by a suitable gearbox and motor.

·    A central bottom discharge is provided for easy material unloading and cleaning of the mixing drum.

·    A self-adjusting sealing arrangement of unique design prevents black particles from entering the mixing drum.

·    An eye glass window on the top cover allows monitoring of the mixing process while preventing dusting and contamination.
